Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the order was purchased directly through our website.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Products returned in a damaged, incomplete, or unsuitable condition may not be eligible for a refund and may be sent back to you.

Important Notes

• Screen Protectors: Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns of screen protectors that are unopened and unused. Once a screen protector has been applied, removed, or otherwise used, it cannot be returned.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect installation, including air bubbles, dust, fingerprints, or adhesive not sticking due to improper screen cleaning.
• Screen protectors are not designed for reuse once applied.
• Other Accessories (e.g., cables, chargers, cases): These items must be returned in unused, resaleable condition with original packaging.

Shipping & Responsibility

• Refunds cover the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Please ensure the product is securely packed, as items remain your responsibility until received at our warehouse.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable/registered shipping method for returns.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
